Do you need any flooring installed?
What type of flooring do you need installed?
Before our crew arrives, all small items, personal belongings, decorations, and loose items must be removed from the rooms where flooring work will be performed. Floors should be clear of trash and debris.
Only larger furniture that cannot reasonably be removed should remain in the room. Bed frames and similar furniture should be disassembled before we arrive. If additional disassembly or reassembly is required, an additional labor charge may apply.
Customer must remove and secure all electronics, including televisions, computers, stereos, gaming systems, and similar equipment.
Precision Repairs does not move specialty, unusually heavy, fragile, or high-value items, including pianos, aquariums, waterbeds, antiques, pool tables, large exercise equipment, or similar items.
Furniture-moving charges cover standard household furniture only.

Materials
Precision Repairs will assist you with preparing a material list for your project.
Unless otherwise stated, our online quotes are for labor only, and the customer is responsible for purchasing and paying for all required materials.
All required materials should be on-site and ready the morning your project is scheduled to begin.
If needed, Precision Repairs may be able to assist with material pickup, delivery, and unloading for approximately $75–$150 per trip, depending on the size of the order, distance, and amount of handling required.
How will trash and project debris be handled?

$400 minimum labor charge applies to this project.
Additional Paint Protection: $250 added to this online quote. Protection may range from $200–$500 depending on amount and complexity; final charge will be confirmed before work begins.
Project Scheduling & Payment Terms
10% Deposit — Required to secure your project on the schedule.
30% Payment — Due on the project start date.
60% Final Payment — Due upon completion.
Late Fee — $50 per invoice for payments not made when due.
Military Discount — 5%.
Final Walkthrough: You or an authorized representative should be on-site during the final hour of the project so we can walk through the completed work and address any concerns or issues before the project is considered complete.
